Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The North African-inspired design gave it a unique flair, and it was pristine and spacious without being overly extravagant. The service was excellent, with attentive staff that made the experience even better. The only downside was that the rooms, while beautiful, felt a bit on the smaller side compared to others I’ve stayed in. Overall, it offered great value for the price, and the location, while not directly on Pub Street, was still convenient enough.
I had a fantastic stay at Sarai Resort! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, and the chow was delicious, with great breakfast options that suited my diet. The tours they arranged were top-notch, and the accommodations made me feel truly pampered. The only downside was that the towels in my room could have been cleaner, but overall, it was a fantastic experience at a great value.
The Sarai is a charming resort with stunning facilities and an excellent pool area that's perfect for relaxing. The staff is genuinely kind and attentive, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. However, there were a few hiccups, like the dated room decor and some missing amenities which could really enhance the overall experience. With its prime location, it's a great spot but room improvements would elevate this stay even further.
I recently spent a few nights at the Sarai Hotel and Spa in Siem Reap, and while the atmosphere was stunning with beautiful decor and gardens, the room quality left something to be desired. The staff were undoubtedly the highlight of my stay—warm and welcoming throughout my visit. However, the dining experience was a bit inconvenient, lacking sufficient options for a quick breakfast, and I struggled with air conditioning in my room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but some improvements in room quality and dining would elevate the experience.
I had a truly wonderful experience at the Sarai Resort & Spa, where the warm atmosphere and stunning design made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, and the breakfast spread was a delicious highlight. While the pool is an oasis, the dining options could be improved. Overall, it's a great value for money.
